Our community living services at Community Care Home, Inc. aims to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have gainful and meaningful opportunities within the community. Our coordinators will help them have convenient access to resources in communities and find employment or volunteer opportunities. We strive to achieve a future of independence and freedom for those that we serve.
