Community Care Home, Inc. (CCHI) was established in 2007 but started providing services in 2013. We are committed to providing quality care to the people we serve. Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to operate comprehensive and seamless facilities on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities and mental illness requiring community-based services and support. To lead and support a community system that provides and manages an array of supports, services, and care that honor choice and advance the quality of community life for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and the community.
Our Vision Statement
Our vision is to be a leader in a community that is supportive of and embraces individuals with disabilities in community life in a manner that reflects the values, roles, and responsibilities of full and meaningful citizenship. Our employees are an integral part of our service and growth. They provide a family atmosphere for the individual and their families without compromising the care and services of the individual.
